Who’s Playing

Charlotte @ Chicago

Current Records: Charlotte 13-9; Chicago 13-8

What to Know

The Charlotte Hornets haven’t won a contest against the Chicago Bulls since Feb. 20 of last year, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Monday. The Hornets are on the road again on Monday and play against Chicago at 8 p.m. ET Nov. 29 at United Center. Coming off of a loss in a game they were expected to win, Charlotte now face the more daunting task of proving themselves against unfavorable odds.

Charlotte fought the good fight in their overtime game against the Houston Rockets this past Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result, falling 146-143. Charlotte’s loss came about despite a quality game from shooting guard Terry Rozier, who had 31 points and five assists.

Speaking of close games: it was a hard-fought matchup, but Chicago had to settle for a 107-104 defeat against the Miami Heat this past Saturday. Shooting guard Alex Caruso put forth a good effort for the losing side as he had 22 points and six assists.

Having both suffered close losses, these teams will no doubt be fighting for every inch to win this one. Check back to see which squad is able to work their way into the win column.
