After four games on the road, the Lamar Cardinals are heading back home. They will take on the Our Lady of the Lake Saints at 4 p.m. ET on Sunday at Montagne Center.
Lamar received a tough blow on Thursday as they fell 75-60 to the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Guard C.J. Roberts did his best for Lamar, finishing with 25 points (a whopping 42% of their total).
Meanwhile, Our Lady of the Lake suffered a grim 93-66 defeat to the Incarnate Word Cardinals on Wednesday.
Both teams will surely be fighting tooth and nail to get back into the win column after losses this week. We’ll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
