Watch Oklahoma State vs. Xavier: TV channel, live stream info, start time

Who’s Playing

Xavier @ Oklahoma State

Current Records: Xavier 6-1; Oklahoma State 6-2

What to Know

The Oklahoma State Cowboys will play host again and welcome the Xavier Musketeers to Gallagher-Iba Arena, where tip-off is scheduled for 5 p.m. ET on Sunday. Xavier should still be riding high after a victory, while the Cowboys will be looking to regain their footing.

Oklahoma State came up short against the Wichita State Shockers on Wednesday, falling 60-51. Guard Bryce Thompson just could not get things rolling his way, picking up four fouls and turning the ball over four times en route to a 3-for-11, 9-point finish.

Meanwhile, if there were any doubts why the Musketeers were heavy favorites Wednesday, the team quickly laid those doubts to rest. They were completely in charge on Wednesday, breezing past the Central Michigan Chippewas 78-45 at home. Xavier can attribute much of their success to guard Nate Johnson, who shot 5-for-8 from downtown and finished with 24 points.

Oklahoma State is now 6-2 while Xavier sits at 6-1. A pair of stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: The Cowboys enter the game with 6.9 blocked shots per game on average, good for sixth best in college basketball. The Musketeers are not quite as good, but they are no chumps, either: they come into the matchup boasting the 23rd most blocked shots per game in college basketball at 5.7. Points in the paint might be hard to come by.
