Heat vs. Grizzlies: How to watch NBA online, TV channel, live stream info, game time

Through 3 Quarters

The point spread is against the Memphis Grizzlies, but thus far the points are on their side. After three quarters it’s looking more and more like their high-powered offense is just too much for the Miami Heat as the Grizz lead 82-67.

The Grizzlies have enjoyed the tag-team combination of center Steven Adams and small forward Desmond Bane. The former has posted a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds, while the latter has 19 points in addition to six boards. Adams is close to surpassing his season high of 17.

Miami has been relying on the performance of point guard Kyle Lowry, who has 17 points and six assists along with four rebounds.

Miami has lost 80% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this season, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

Memphis @ Miami

Current Records: Memphis 13-10; Miami 14-10

What to Know

The Memphis Grizzlies’ road trip will continue as they head to FTX Arena at 7:30 p.m. ET Monday to face off against the Miami Heat. The Grizz will be strutting in after a win while Miami will be stumbling in from a defeat.

The Grizzlies beat the Dallas Mavericks 97-90 this past Saturday. Memphis’ small forward Desmond Bane looked sharp as he had 29 points in addition to nine boards. Bane hadn’t helped his team much against the Oklahoma City Thunder this past Thursday, so this was a nice turnaround for him. Bane’s points were the most he has had all season.

Meanwhile, the night started off rough for Miami this past Saturday, and it ended that way, too. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 124-102 walloping at the Milwaukee Bucks’ hands. Miami was down 105-76 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from. Shooting guard Max Strus put forth a good effort for the losing side as he shot 6-for-9 from downtown and finished with 25 points.

Memphis is expected to lose this next one by 5.5. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread, however, as they are currently on a four-game streak of ATS wins.

The Grizzlies’ victory brought them up to 13-10 while the Heat’s loss pulled them down to 14-10. A couple defensive stats to keep an eye on: The Grizz is stumbling into the contest with the fifth most points allowed per game in the league, having given up 111.8 on average. Miami’s defense has more to brag about, as they they rank fourth in the league when it comes to points allowed per game, with only 104.5 on average. So the cards are definitely stacked in their favor.
