How to watch Kentucky vs. High Point: NCAAB live stream info, TV channel, time, game odds

Who’s Playing

High Point @ No. 18 Kentucky

Current Records: High Point 6-7; Kentucky 10-2

What to Know

The #18 Kentucky Wildcats will play host again and welcome the High Point Panthers to Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center, where tip-off is scheduled for 12 p.m. ET on Friday. The Wildcats are out to keep their nine-game home win streak alive.

UK was the big favorite in their most recent matchup, and for good reason. They ended the year with a bang, routing the Missouri Tigers 83-56 on Wednesday. UK got double-digit scores from four players: forward Keion Brooks Jr. (17), guard Tyty Washington Jr. (14), forward Oscar Tshiebwe (13), and guard Sahvir Wheeler (11).

Meanwhile, High Point’s 2021 ended with an 81-68 loss against the Michigan State Spartans on Wednesday. Guard John-Michael Wright wasn’t much of a difference maker for High Point; Wright fouled out and turned the ball over four times en route to a 4-for-13, 10-point finish.

UK’s victory brought them up to 10-2 while the Panthers’ defeat pulled them down to 6-7. A pair of stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: The Wildcats rank 33rd in college basketball when it comes to blocked shots per game, with 5.2 on average. But High Point is even better: they enter the contest with 5.8 blocked shots per game on average, good for 15th best in college basketball. Points in the paint might be hard to come by.
