How to watch Boston College vs. North Carolina: TV channel, NCAAB live stream info, start time

Who’s Playing

North Carolina @ Boston College

Current Records: North Carolina 9-3; Boston College 6-5

What to Know

An ACC battle is on tap between the Boston College Eagles and the North Carolina Tar Heels at 1 p.m. ET Sunday at Silvio O. Conte Forum. Coming off of a loss in a game they were expected to win, the Eagles nows face the more daunting task of proving themselves against unfavorable odds.

It was close but no cigar for BC as they fell 61-57 to the Albany Great Danes three weeks ago. What made the loss an especially bitter pill for BC to swallow was that they had been favored by 15.5 points coming into the contest. One thing holding BC back was the mediocre play of guard DeMarr Langford Jr., who did not have his best game: he finished with ten points on 5-for-14 shooting in his 37 minutes on the court.

Meanwhile, everything went UNC’s way against the App. State Mountaineers two weeks ago as they made off with a 70-50 victory. UNC’s forward Armando Bacot did his thing and dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Bacot has had at least ten rebounds.

The Eagles got away with a 71-70 win when the teams previously met two seasons ago. Will they repeat their success, or do the Tar Heels have a better game plan this time around? We’ll find out soon enough.
