The EFL Cup semifinal second leg between Arsenal and Liverpool is set for Thursday, with nothing decided between the two after the initial 90 minutes. The first leg back on Jan. 13 featured no goals, just a shot on goal for each and a red card for Arsenal’s Granit Xhaka. This time around, there could be potentially more than 90 minutes played to decide who will face Chelsea in the final on Feb. 27 at Wembley Stadium.

Here’s are storylines, how you can watch the match and more:

How to watch and odds

Date: Thursday, Jan. 20 | Time: 2:45 p.m. ET

Location: Emirates Stadium — London, England

TV: None | Live stream: ESPN+

Odds: Arsenal +240; Draw +250; Liverpool +112 (via Caesars Sportsbook)

Storylines

Arsenal: Lots of issues in the Arsenal side with injuries, suspensions and players at the Africa Cup of Nations. As they are also dealing COVID issues, the Gunners could very well be shorthanded for this match. The Gunners enter this game having failed to win any of their last three games, and that came following a five-game winning streak that helped them push the top four in the Premier League.

Liverpool: Still no Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane or Naby Keita due to AFCON duties. Thiago and Divock Origi are still dealing with their injuries. As a result of the missing talent in attack, Diogo Jota will likely lead the attack with Jurgen Klopp with Takumi Minamino also expected to see the pitch. Both started in the first leg, a game where Liverpool put just one of their 17 shots on frame.

Prediction

The Reds build off their weekend performance against Brentford as Roberto Firmino grabs the winner. Pick: Liverpool 2, Arsenal 1
