Heat vs. Clippers: How to watch, schedule, live stream info, game time, TV channel

Through 3 Quarters

Only one more quarter stands between the Miami Heat and the win they were favored to collect going into this night. Three quarters in and their offense has really been able to impose its will, dominating the Los Angeles Clippers 96-80.

Small forward Jimmy Butler has led the way so far for Miami, as he has 20 points and eight assists in addition to six rebounds. One thing to keep an eye out for is P.J. Tucker’s foul situation as he currently sits at four.

Los Angeles hasn’t had any offensive standouts so far with all players held to 14 points or fewer.

they have lost 78% of the time when they were down heading into the fourth quarter this season, so this one seems just about wrapped up

Who’s Playing

Los Angeles @ Miami

Current Records: Los Angeles 25-25; Miami 31-17

What to Know

The Los Angeles Clippers are 10-3 against the Miami Heat since January of 2016, and they’ll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Los Angeles is on the road again on Friday and plays against Miami at 8 p.m. ET Jan. 28 at FTX Arena.

The Clippers beat the Orlando Magic 111-102 on Wednesday. Los Angeles’ small forward Amir Coffey filled up the stat sheet, picking up 19 points and five assists in addition to six rebounds.

Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the contest between Miami and the New York Knicks on Wednesday was still a pretty decisive one as Miami wrapped it up with a 110-96 win at home. Small forward Jimmy Butler and shooting guard Duncan Robinson were among the main playmakers for the Heat as the former had 22 points and five assists along with six boards and the latter shot 7-for-11 from beyond the arc and finished with 25 points.

Los Angeles is expected to lose this next one by 8. They might be worth taking a chance on against the spread, however, as they are currently on a two-game streak of ATS wins.

Their wins bumped the Clippers to 25-25 and Miami to 31-17. We’ll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Los Angeles and Miami clash.
