The Hawaii Warriors lost both of their matches to the Santa Barbara Gauchos last season on scores of 50-59 and 74-81, so they’re hoping to turn the tables this season. The Warriors and Santa Barbara will face off in a Big West battle at 11:59 p.m. ET Saturday at SimpliFI Arena at Stan Sheriff Center. Hawaii is out to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
Hawaii was able to grind out a solid win over the Northridge Matadors on Thursday, winning 72-65.
Meanwhile, after constant struggles on the road, Santa Barbara has finally found some success away from home. They made easy work of Northridge on Tuesday and carried off a 72-45 victory.
