The Stanford Cardinal’s homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Washington Huskies at 4 p.m. ET Feb. 6 at Maples Pavilion. Washington will be strutting in after a victory while the Cardinal will be stumbling in from a defeat.
Stanford was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap on Thursday as they fell 66-60 to the Washington State Cougars. Forward Harrison Ingram just could not get things rolling his way, finishing with only five points on 2-for-11 shooting in his 31 minutes on the court.
Meanwhile, Washington took their game against the California Golden Bears on Thursday by a conclusive 84-61 score. Davis had some trouble finding his footing against the Utah Utes on Saturday, so this was a step in the right direction.
