Clemson vs. North Carolina: How to watch live stream, TV channel, NCAAB start time

Who’s Playing

North Carolina @ Clemson

Current Records: North Carolina 16-7; Clemson 12-10

What to Know

The North Carolina Tar Heels and the Clemson Tigers will face off in an ACC clash at 6 p.m. ET Feb. 8 at Littlejohn Coliseum. Given that these two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Things couldn’t have gone much worse for UNC as they lost 87-67 to the Duke Blue Devils this past Saturday. That makes it the first time this season the Tar Heels have let down their home crowd. Guard Caleb Love had a pretty forgettable game, picking up four fouls and turning the ball over four times en route to a 3-for-10, 8-point finish.

Meanwhile, Clemson was within striking distance but couldn’t close the gap this past Saturday as they fell 69-64 to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. A silver lining for the Tigers was the play of forward PJ Hall, who had 18 points in addition to eight rebounds.

When the two teams previously met in February of last year, UNC lost to Clemson on the road by a decisive 63-50 margin. Can UNC avenge their defeat, or is history doomed to repeat itself? We’ll soon find out.
