How to watch Cavaliers vs. Bulls basketball game

Through 1 Quarter

The Chicago Bulls are on the road but looking no worse for wear. They have jumped out to a quick 28-19 lead against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Chicago has enjoyed the tag-team combination of center Nikola Vucevic and shooting guard Alex Caruso. The former has ten points in addition to two rebounds, while the latter has three points and two assists along with two steals and two boards.

The Bulls and Cleveland both experienced trouble in their last games, but one is bound to make up for it today. Chicago is out front, but they can’t get complacent.

What to Know

A Central Division battle is on tap between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls at 8 p.m. ET Saturday at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W.’

The contest between Cleveland and the Toronto Raptors on Thursday was not a total blowout, but with the Cavaliers falling 117-104 on the road, it was darn close to turning into one. Small forward Lauri Markkanen (20 points) and point guard Darius Garland (18 points) were the top scorers for Cleveland. That’s the fourth consecutive game in which Darius Garland has had at least ten assists.

Meanwhile, Chicago received a tough blow on Thursday as they fell 126-109 to the New Orleans Pelicans. A silver lining for Chicago was the play of shooting guard Zach LaVine, who had 39 points.

Barring any buzzer beaters, Cleveland is expected to win a tight contest. Now might not be the best time to take the Cavaliers against the spread since they’ve let down bettors for the past three consecutive games.

Cleveland came up short against the Bulls in the teams’ previous meeting earlier this month, falling 101-91. Maybe Cleveland will have more luck at home instead of on the road? Watch the matchup and check back on CBS Sports for all the details.
