2022 MLB odds, picks, bets for Tuesday, July 26 from proven model: This four-way parlay pays 11-1

The first installment of the 2022 Subway Series begins Tuesday at Citi Field as the New York Mets host the New York Yankees in the opener of a two-game series. The Yankees (66-31) enter with the best record and largest division lead in the major leagues, a 12.5-game advantage over Toronto in the American League East. The Mets (59-37) also are having a strong season in their first year under former Yankees manager Buck Showalter as they are two games ahead of second-place Atlanta in the National League East. The Yankees are -125 money-line favorites in the latest Yankees vs. Mets odds from Caesars Sportsbook, while the Mets are +105 underdogs.

First pitch at Citi Field is set for 7:10 p.m. ET. The game is one of 13 on the MLB schedule for Tuesday evening. Other matchups include the AL Central-leading Minnesota Twins visiting the NL Central-best Milwaukee Brewers in another clash of division leaders and the Los Angeles Dodgers, who own a comfortable lead in the NL West, hosting the Washington Nationals. Before making any MLB picks or parlays, be sure to check out the MLB predictions and betting advice from SportsLine’s proven computer model.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulates every MLB game 10,000 times, and it is 284-243 on top-rated MLB money-line picks since the start of the 2021 season, returning over $400 for $100 players. This is the same model that pegged the 2021 Atlanta Braves at 10-1 as one of three best bets to win it all last season. Anybody who has followed it has seen profitable returns.

Now, the model has locked in four confident MLB best bets for Tuesday. They all involve games at 7:10 p.m. ET or later, so there’s still time to get these MLB picks in. If you successfully parlay the picks, you’d be looking at a payout of 11-1. You can see the model’s MLB picks only at SportsLine

The model, which simulated every game on Tuesday’s schedule 10,000 times, is taking the Yankees (-125) to defeat the Mets. The Yankees’ bats were on fire when they entered the All-Star break as they outscored Boston 27-3 in back-to-back victories. The layoff appeared to cool them down as the team lost three of its first four contests in the second half, but they heated up a bit on Sunday in a 6-0 triumph at Baltimore.

After a tremendous first half of the season, Aaron Judge has gone into overdrive at the plate since the break. The 30-year-old slugger has gone 9-for-17 with four home runs and 11 RBIs over his last four contests. Judge leads the majors with 37 home runs and ranks first in the AL with 81 RBIs. He is 2-for-7 lifetime against Mets starter Taijuan Walker, with both of the hits being homers.
