Sophomore guard Markeith Browning II has started 16 of 22 games for the Panthers, and has reached double-figure scoring 11 times. In the last meeting against IUPUI, Browning had a solid effort with 12 points, four rebounds and four assists. He scored a season-high 19 points, while grabbing seven rebounds in a 78-74 overtime loss to Wright State on Jan. 14. For the season, he is averaging 9.9 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and one rebound per game.

Senior forward Ahmad Rand has made his presence felt in the lane, where he leads the Panthers with 48 blocked shots at 2.2 per game. He is also averaging 7.5 points and 4.3 rebounds. Rand was dominant at times in the last meeting with the Jaguars, scoring eight points, while grabbing six rebounds, making two steals, dishing out two assists and swatting away five shots. For the year, he has reached double-digit scoring eight times, including a high of 18 points and eight rebounds in a 76-72 loss to St. Thomas, Minnesota.
