2023 college football Week 13 picks against the spread, betting odds, trends: Vegas expert reveals picks

The Week 13 college football schedule is also known as Rivalry Week, and this year’s version brings plenty of massive matchups that will impact the College Football Playoff picture. Ohio State, Michigan, Florida State, Alabama, Washington and Georgia are just some of the teams in the playoff hunt who face a rival. The latest Week 13 college football odds via SportsLine consensus list No. 3 Michigan as a 3.5-point favorite against No. 2 Ohio State in a rivalry simply known as The Game.

No. 5 Florida State is -6.5 at Florida as the Seminoles will carry on without quarterback Jordan Travis (leg). No. 4 Washington is -16.5 vs. Washington State in the Apple Cup, No. 8 Alabama is -14.5 vs. Auburn in the Iron Bowl (3:30 p.m. ET, CBS) and top-ranked Georgia is -24 against Georgia Tech. Before locking in any Week 13 college football picks on those games or others, be sure to see the college football betting guide from legendary Vegas handicapper Bruce Marshall

Top college football predictions for Week 13

One of the top college football picks Marshall is recommending for Week 13: He says Clemson (-7) covers at South Carolina in a 7:30 p.m. ET matchup on Saturday in a rivalry known as the Palmetto Bowl. He also likes the Under (52) in that matchup

The Gamecocks stunned the Tigers in last year’s matchup, derailing a potential playoff campaign for Clemson. Even though Clemson isn’t playing with any ACC or playoff implications on the line this year, Marshall still believes the revenge factor very much works in Clemson’s favor.

Clemson had also covered in four of the past five previous Palmetto Bowl matchups, so despite last year’s result, that has been the general trend to follow in this series. Additionally, four of the past five South Carolina games have gone under the total, making that the value play on the total for this one. See which other picks to make here
