NFL DFS, Chiefs vs. Raiders: Top DraftKings, FanDuel daily Fantasy football picks for Sunday Night Football

Two AFC West rivals collide when the Las Vegas Raiders host the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football. DeSean Jackson will get inducted into the rivalry after signing with the Raiders and he gives Derek Carr a downfield threat to complement Darren Waller up the seams. Jackson was an afterthought with the Rams, but the opportunity to get more snaps in Vegas certainly puts him on the NFL DFS radar.

Will Carr and Jackson hook up for one of those 50-yard touchdowns that the latter has become synonymous with? Or can Jackson’s mere presence cause the defense to shift its focus to him, thus allowing someone like Hunter Renfrow to make a splash in NFL DFS lineups? Before locking in your NFL DFS picks for Sunday Night Football, be sure to check out the NFL DFS advice, strategy and projections from SportsLine daily Fantasy expert Mike McClure.

McClure is a legendary professional DFS player with almost $2 million in career winnings. His methodology has led to enormous cashes on FanDuel and DraftKings. He took down two high-stakes tournaments on FanDuel in 2020 and recorded a pair top-10 finishes in tournaments with over 130,000 entrants on DraftKings. His lineups also finished inside the top 1 percent in more than a dozen other tournaments last season.

He uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every snap of NFL action, taking factors such as matchups, statistical trends and injuries into account. This allows him to find the best DFS values that he shares only with members at SportsLine.

Now, McClure has turned his attention to Chiefs vs. Raiders and locked in his top daily Fantasy football picks. You can only see them by heading to SportsLine.

Top NFL DFS picks for Raiders vs. Chiefs

One of McClure’s top NFL DFS picks for Sunday Night Football is Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Despite all of the talk about Mahomes’ turnovers, he still ranks sixth among quarterbacks in Fantasy points this season. He also made progress in the giveaways department as last week he ended a seven-game streak with at least one turnover.

Mahomes’ overall body of work versus Las Vegas is why McClure is so high on him again on Sunday night. He has a 15:3 touchdown-to-interception ratio against the Raiders and has averaged over 300 passing yards per game. On Sunday, he’ll get to face a Las Vegas defense that just cut CB Damon Arnette, who was a 2020 first-round pick. Vegas also has only intercepted four passes all season, which is the sixth-fewest in the league. Lock Mahomes in your NFL DFS lineups and look for a big return against the Raiders.

Part of McClure’s optimal NFL DFS strategy also includes stacking Mahomes with receiver Tyreek Hill, who posted an 11-102-1 stat line the last time he faced the Raiders. Hill ranks second in the NFL in receptions (68), fifth in receiving yards (772) and seventh in receiving touchdowns (six).

Hill has been targeted 101 times through nine games, which is also the second-most in the league as he’s leapfrogged Travis Kelce as Kansas City’s top receiving option. He also should benefit from going up against a Raiders defense that has suddenly become susceptible vs. opposing receivers. After allowing just one TD to an opposing wideout through their first five games, the Raiders have since given up three TDs to opposing receivers over their last three contests.

How to set NFL DFS lineups for Chiefs vs. Raiders

McClure is also targeting an undervalued player who is set to explode for huge numbers on Sunday night. This pick could be the difference between winning your tournaments and cash games or going home with nothing. You can only see who it is here
