Watch Raiders vs. The Washington Football Team: TV channel, live stream info, start time

Who’s Playing

Washington @ Las Vegas

Current Records: Washington 5-6; Las Vegas 6-5

What to Know

The Washington Football Team will square off against the Las Vegas Raiders at 4:05 p.m. ET next Sunday at Allegiant Stadium. These two teams are tiptoeing into their game after sneaking past their previous opponents.

It was all tied up 9-9 at the half for Washington and the Seattle Seahawks on Monday, but Washington stepped up in the second half for a 17-15 victory. Washington’s RB J.D. McKissic filled up the stat sheet, punching in one rushing touchdown in addition to snatching one receiving TD.

Speaking of close games: it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Las Vegas ultimately got the result they were hoping for on Thursday with a 36-33 win over the Dallas Cowboys. The victory came about even with the Raiders handicapping themselves with 198 penalty yards. They can attribute much of their success to QB Derek Carr, who passed for one TD and 373 yards on 39 attempts, and RB Josh Jacobs, who punched in one rushing touchdown. Carr hadn’t helped his team much against the Cincinnati Bengals last week, so this was a nice turnaround for him.

Special teams collected 18 points for Las Vegas. K Daniel Carlson booted in five field goals, the longest a 56-yarder in the fourth quarter, which ultimately accounted for the difference in the contest.

Washington is now 5-6 while the Raiders sit at a mirror-image 6-5. Washington is 2-2 after wins this season, Las Vegas 3-2.
