Watch Purdue vs. Wisconsin: How to live stream, TV channel, start time for Saturday’s NCAA Football game

Who’s Playing

Wisconsin @ No. 25 Purdue

Current Records: Wisconsin 3-3; Purdue 4-2

What to Know

The Purdue Boilermakers and the Wisconsin Badgers are set to square off in a Big Ten matchup at 3 p.m. ET Oct. 23 at Ross-Ade Stadium. These two teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games.

The Boilermakers strolled past the Iowa Hawkeyes with points to spare last week, taking the matchup 24-7. WR David Bell and QB Aidan O’Connell were among the main playmakers for Purdue as the former caught 11 passes for one TD and 240 yards and the latter passed for two TDs and 375 yards on 40 attempts in addition to punching in one rushing touchdown.

Purdue’s defense was a presence as well, as it got past Iowa’s offensive line to sack QB Spencer Petras four times for a total loss of 28 yards. Leading the way was DT Branson Deen and his two sacks. Those were the first sacks for Deen this year.

Meanwhile, Wisconsin didn’t have too much breathing room in their game with the Army West Point Black Knights last week, but they still walked away with a 20-14 win. Wisconsin’s RB Braelon Allen was one of the most active players for the team, rushing for one TD and 107 yards on 16 carries.

Purdue is expected to lose this next one by 3.5. Those who got lucky with them against the spread last week might want to hold off on placing bets this time since the squad has yet to string together back-to-back wins against the spread.

The Boilermakers are now 4-2 while the Badgers sit at 3-3. A couple stats to keep in the back of your head while watching: Purdue is stumbling into the matchup with the 193rd most thrown interceptions in the nation, having thrown six on the season. Wisconsin has experienced some struggles of their own as they are 231st worst in the nation in thrown interceptions, having thrown nine on the season. It’s possible one of these Achilles’ heels will wind up tripping the losing team up.
