How to watch Old Dominion vs. Longwood: TV channel, NCAAB live stream info, start time

Who’s Playing

Longwood @ Old Dominion

Current Records: Longwood 4-2; Old Dominion 2-4

What to Know

After a five-game homestand, the Longwood Lancers will be on the road. They will square off against the Old Dominion Monarchs at 4 p.m. ET on Friday at Chartway Arena. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they’ll have plenty of motivation to get the ‘W.’

Longwood entered their contest against the Western Carolina Catamounts on Sunday without any home losses — but there’s a first time for everything. The Lancers lost to Western Carolina at home by a decisive 64-53 margin. Longwood didn’t live up to their potential and found themselves falling short of the 8.5-point advantage oddsmakers thought they had coming into the game.

Meanwhile, Old Dominion came up short against the Pennsylvania Quakers on Sunday, falling 71-63. A silver lining for Old Dominion was the play of guard Jaylin Hunter, who had 15 points and eight assists along with six boards. Hunter hadn’t helped his team much against the East Carolina Pirates last Friday, so this was a nice turnaround for him.

The losses put the Lancers at 4-2 and the Monarchs at a reciprocal 2-4. Longwood doesn’t typically stay down for long — they’re 1-0 after losses this season — so Old Dominion (1-2 after losses) won’t have an easy go of it.
