How to watch Pittsburgh vs. Jacksonville: TV channel, NCAAB live stream info, start time

Who’s Playing

Jacksonville @ Pittsburgh

Current Records: Jacksonville 7-3; Pittsburgh 4-7

What to Know

The Pittsburgh Panthers and the Jacksonville Dolphins will compete for holiday cheer at 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday at Petersen Events Center. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous games.

The Panthers skirted by the St. John’s Red Storm 59-57 this past Saturday thanks to a clutch half-court bomb from guard Jamarius Burton with 0:01 remaining. Pitt’s forward Mouhamadou Gueye filled up the stat sheet, picking up 15 points in addition to six boards and three blocks. Gueye had some trouble finding his footing against the Monmouth Hawks last week, so this was a step in the right direction. Gueye’s points were the most he has had all year.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins simply couldn’t be stopped this past Saturday, as they easily beat the Webber International Warriors at home 87-48.

The Panthers are now 4-7 while Jacksonville sits at 7-3. Two numbers to keep in mind before tip-off: Pitt is stumbling into the game with the second fewest points per game in college basketball, having accrued only 60.4 on average. Jacksonville’s defense has more to brag about, as they they rank third in college basketball when it comes to points allowed per game, with only 54.1 on average.
